Our white, spun-bonded polypropylene fabrics are hydrophobic, making them the product of choice for the manufacture of oil-absorbent booms and pillows used to contain and absorb petroleum-based spills on water.
To create them, we use our high-speed, ultrasonic welding machines that convert spun-bonded polypropylene fabric into tubes of 3″, 5″, and 8″ diameters, with larger sizes available upon request. Alternatively, we offer hydrophilic spun-bonded fabrics in a variety of different colors and sizes which are suitable for a wide range of universal and hazmat applications.
