Now Carriff
Corporation has made it easy for boot manufacturers to save time and
reduce waste related to seam adjusting on the mold. Carriff is the first
North American bootliner manufacturer to offer the patented "round toe
construction" with pile fabric.

Pile fabric prevents the PVC from pushing through the fabric and making
it harder to get the boot off the mold – a troublesome problem that
wastes time and increases scrap.
Reduced production costs
Using Carriff’s Bootliner not only reduces scrap caused by the PVC
pushing through the fabric, it also reduces the need for releasing
solution. What’s more, the elastic at the top eliminates the need for
Velcro or hooks. And the new improved "round toe construction"
eliminates seam ends (ears) that poke through the mold.
Better performance
Consumers enjoy the benefits of better sweat absorption and the
advantages of anti-microbial yarn.
Greater comfort
Boots with Carriff pile fabric bootliner are more comfortable, without a
seam under the toes or a seam run up from the back of the calf, not to
mention their cushier feel underfoot.

Sizes can vary based on applications.
